Getting Cinched

New year, new workout goals. 
Due to Cinched’s serious love affair with delicious eats, daily workouts are required. Though I workout with a trainer (Lisa, she is awesome) four times a week at a marvelous studio gym in my hood, Aerobifit, this year I’ve decided to set new goals: stronger and leaner, which I'll achieve through various training exercises with a TRX Suspension trainer, Bosu, kettle bells, and pilates.
