Sailin Dots

It could have been the sailor in my blood, or the polka dots prints my mother cinched me in as a child, but the second I saw this Tracy Reese frock hanging in BHLDN, I was enamored. For those of you who have been living under a rock and have yet to visit the darling of a store inside Highland Village, get your cinched booties over there. Bride or not, it's a perfect place to find a party frock for the Holiday season.
For the weak cold front Houston has received I trenched the Tracy Reese dotted number in a Celine raincoat I found in Florence almost half a decade ago. I must confess I barely knew what Celine was back then, but my bestie and I decided to splurge on matching raincoats when the hot sales attendant kept pouring prosecco. Man I miss being underage. Everything was such a thrill.
If you haven't been blinded by my extremely ivory limbs, you may notice mah booties. Never deny a red sole. These booties have served me a good number of seasons, and although the heel seems a bit weak for the fix inch monsters I recently trot, it proves the espectacular make of Louboutin's. You can always dig one up and use it, no matter the aging.
