And so I spent the hOLIdaze

under a Tignanello glaze...

I didn't forget to blog this christmas. Swimming in a week of cabernet made it hard to open my laptop instead of catching up with old friends among the holiday festives. Now mid-twenties, I'm a bit on the ancient side to believe in Santa, so fellow loved ones left some serious toys on my side of the tree: super handy dandy headset, fashion reads, and wrist cinchers...overall they did a great job replacing santa...or did they? I miss santa a little bit like I miss my early twenties...not sure what about them I miss because I can't tell if I've changed really. Aside from staying away from hangovers it all feels quite familiar....

5 Stack Vintage Dress & Scarf - Shoes

...I'm ancient, seriously half way to thirties, almost dead really. I've discovered aging makes Christmas time a little more serious, while I was looking forward to shoes and toys, it seems everyone else wished/aimed a little higher. A few of my besties received serious finger adornments, stunning ringlets that will make me attend handfuls of serious celebrations in the new year. Cool it with the weddings ladies, if it wasn't for New for the Night's birth come February, I'm not sure where I would find enough occasion-frocks with which to attend all the nuptials. I figured using the word serious would allow me to act in the manner but it doesn't seem to be working... I'm still living with my mother, so my step to maturity is intergrading mature vintage pieces into my wardrobe...take a glimpse at my serious holiday look.
